Building Workforce Change Agility
This workshop aims to help companies accelerate and sustain the kind of organizational change needed to successfully execute business strategies involving merger and acquisitions, outsourcing, downsizing, or other major restructuring by increasing the change agility of the workforce.

Rationale
As organizational change becomes constant, a core competency that all employees must have is change agility—the capacity to respond in a resilient and productive manner to required change. Some people do it quite naturally or learn it somewhere in their lives. But organizations can’t leave such a crucial capacity up to chance. What is required for change agility can be easily taught, however organizations have typically not made any development or change management efforts here. As a consequence, during significant change events, employees become distracted, begin to waste time, complain to one another, and contract in fear. This results in unintended business consequences, such as the lowered employee performance and engagement, unintended turnover, and reduced profitability for the organization.
